| 自己紹介 | Hi! I’m Veron. I have a double-degree in International Studies, major in Japan Studies and Marketing Management. Proficiency in English made me an effective communicator which opened many doors of opportunities for me. As a result, I’m now a digital marketing supervisor for a health and wellness corporation. I spearhead various marketing projects and advertising campaigns. This includes converting ideas into effective messages to reach the target market. I demonstrate skills in effective English communication through social media and website management, copywriting, blogging and while negotiating with local and foreign clients. Since most of these tasks involve audio-visual materials published in internationally available online platforms, English is highly utilized. Studying the Japanese culture also encouraged me to study the language. Eventually, I took the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test and passed the N5 level. As a language-learner myself, I’d like to inspire others. That’s why I’d like to be your English tutor. To gain skills in teaching, I got TESOL certified. Aside from using English at work, I read self-improvement books and regularly watch motivational videos to have continuous exposure to the language. I swear by the saying, “Don’t practice until you get it right. Practice until you can’t get it wrong." In my class, we can practice until the day you don’t have to worry about making mistakes.
